Catherine Less Vice President

Catherine brings over 20 years experience working with corporate executives,
high-net worth individuals and trusts. Her experience encompasses the
areas of personal financial planning, income tax planning and investment
advisory services.

Prior to joining Baker Street Advisors Group, Catherine worked at myCFO as a Manager in
the Family Offices Services Group (5 years), as well as at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLC
as a Manager in the Personal Financial Services Group and Designated Investment Advisor
for Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLC Investment Advisors (15 years). Additionally, she worked
in various corporate accounting and tax functions in a number of companies prior to joining
Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLC in 1984.

Catherine holds a B.A. in Music from the University of California at Berkeley and completed
additional coursework in accounting, economics and business law after graduation.
She passed the CPA exam in 1986 and will sit for the Enrolled Agent Examination in
September 2006.
