Susan Caston Tax Manager

Prior to joining Baker Street Advisors, LLC, Susan worked as Tax Manager with Bay
Area CPA firm, RINA accountancy corporation. She began her career in Los Angeles
in the Tax Department at Arthur Andersen and later the Emerging Business division
of Pricewaterhouse. Upon relocating to San Francisco, she worked as Tax Manager with
Weinstein & Company which merged with RINA in 1999.

Susan brings more than 20 years of experience working with high-net worth individuals, their
businesses, trusts and private foundations. Her expertise encompasses income tax planning,
research and compliance for these entities. She is also experienced in estate and gift tax matters
and the resolution of tax audits.

Susan is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a B.S. in
Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University
Northridge.
